Connect Facebook & Instagram for auto-posting
Link your Facebook Page and its Instagram business account so you can publish banners to both from Social Studio — and track real reach.
Connect once and you can post your AltrIQ Reach banners to Facebook and Instagram in a click — and see likes, comments and reach back inside Reach.
Open Social accounts
In Reach, go to Settings → Social accounts. Find the Facebook & Instagram card.
Click Connect and approve on Facebook
Click Connect Facebook & Instagram. A Facebook window opens — sign in and approve the permissions. This uses Facebook Login; no passwords are stored in your browser.
Choose the Page to post to
Pick the Facebook Page you want Reach to post to. If an Instagram business account is linked to that Page, Instagram posting turns on automatically.
Post from Social Studio
Open Social, design or pick a banner, tick Facebook and/or Instagram, and click Post now. Results and insights appear back in Reach.
💡 Tips
- No Instagram linked yet? Link one in Meta Business settings, then reconnect in Reach to enable Instagram.
- For live accounts, Meta requires App Review for content publishing — a one-time approval on your Meta app.

Why can I only see Facebook, not Instagram?
No Instagram business account is linked to your Page yet. Link one in Meta Business settings and reconnect in Reach.
Can I post to a client’s Page?
Yes — connect while logged in as an admin of that Page and choose it during connect. Each client connects their own Page the same way.
